Pane Fresco was founded by Roberto Tosini, who grew up between the Italian Riviera and Sweden. His love for food was nurtured in the kitchen of his father, a passionate chef from San Remo, and his Swedish mother. With experience from both Swedish and Italian restaurants, Roberto created Pane Fresco – a place where his two culinary traditions come together in perfect harmony.
